This product is designed with advanced features to ensure optimal performance and durability. It includes a premium oil seal kit from Germany, which maintains consistent pressure stability. Additionally, it is equipped with four sets of quick couplings from STUCCHI, Italy, designed to simplify machine setup and prevent hydraulic oil leaks during connection or disconnection. The use of an integral shaft with top chromate treatment enhances chassis strength, reducing the risk of frame twisting or deformation when handling extreme parameters.
The heating plate is coated with high-quality Dupont material from the USA, ensuring excellent adhesion and minimal temperature variation across its surface—2-3°C for smaller units and 5-6°C for larger ones. The trimmer is equipped with a safety switch that prevents accidental activation, ensuring operator safety at all times. Additionally, the support system is designed with ergonomics in mind, enhancing comfort and efficiency during operation.
The MM-Tech Automatic Control Box (63-1200mm O.D) offers IP54-rated durability and a servo-powered lightweight structure, optimizing precision and minimizing operational downtime. It integrates rear-panel ports for direct tool connectivity (e.g., trimmers, heating plates), eliminating external power modules. Compatible with DVS/ISO/WIS welding protocols and multilingual interfaces, it archives over 2,000 weld records locally or via USB, with print functionality. The PLC touchscreen and RFID security enable streamlined access, while remote diagnostics, software upgrades, and safe heating plate management ensure operator protection and system longevity.
