Standard Composition
- Basic Machine Structure: It consists of a basic machine equipped with two carriages. Both carriages are driven by a hydraulic system, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
- Hydraulic Control Panel: There is a manual hydraulic control panel. All functional keys and buttons are arranged in a planar layout on this panel, facilitating easy operation and control.
- Electrical Trimmer: An electrical trimmer is installed, which is equipped with gears and a safety microswitch. This design ensures safe and efficient trimming operations.
- Heating Plate: The heating plate is coated with PTFE and comes with a steel shield. The PTFE coating offers excellent non – stick properties, while the steel shield provides protection and durability.
- Elbow Clamps: There are left and right elbow clamps with a diameter of φ315mm. A full set of aluminum inserts ranging from φ90mm to φ280mm is included, allowing for compatibility with different pipe diameters.
- Tees and Crosses Clamps: Left and right 90° Tees and Crosses clamps with a diameter of φ315mm are also provided. They are accompanied by a full set of aluminum inserts from φ90mm to φ280mm, meeting various connection requirements.
