Standard Composition
- Core Machine Framework: At its heart, the basic machine is outfitted with two carriages. These carriages are powered by a hydraulic system, ensuring seamless and stable operation throughout the equipment’s use.
- Manual Hydraulic Control Interface: A manual hydraulic control panel is present. All functional keys and buttons are arranged in a planar fashion on this panel, enabling effortless operation and precise control.
- Electric Trimming Mechanism: An electric trimmer is integrated into the system. It is equipped with gears and a safety microswitch, guaranteeing safe and highly efficient trimming processes.
- Heating Plate Arrangement: The heating plate has a PTFE coating and is shielded by steel. The PTFE coating imparts excellent non – stick characteristics, while the steel shield offers protection and enhances the plate’s durability.
- Elbow Clamp Setup: There are left and right elbow clamps with a diameter of φ315mm. They come with a comprehensive set of aluminum inserts that range from φ90mm to φ280mm, allowing for adaptability to a wide variety of pipe diameters.
- Tees and Crosses Clamp Setup: Left and right 90° Tees and Crosses clamps with a diameter of φ315mm are also part of the configuration. They are accompanied by a full set of aluminum inserts spanning from φ90mm to φ280mm, catering to diverse connection requirements.
